Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
Most orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. If you place your order Friday-Sunday, your order will ship out the following Monday.
If the item your ordering is on pre-order we'll ship it out as soon as it's back in stock. Please note that we'll hold your order till all items are in stock unless you contact us to make special arrangements.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Who will be delivering my order?
We ship via 3rd party carrier FedEx.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Yes, due to the PACT Act all online orders require an adult signature upon release.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses. However we are able to ship international addresses.
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from Majorleaguevapers.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipping Rates and Options
No Adult Signature Fee
All shipping fees exclude sales and excise taxes; your order subtotal must meet the shipping threshold before taxes have been added to your order total.
Adult Signature Required
Due to the PACT Act, all orders must be shipped out with an adult signature required upon delivery. Any adult who is 21 years of age or older may present a valid, government ID to sign for the order at the scheduled delivery address. Please make sure to use an address where you will be available during business hours for our carrier to deliver to you.
Re-Shipping
Re-shipping orders is at our sole discretion. All re-shipped orders must be sent to the original shipping address given. If the carrier has been unable to deliver your parcel within 45 days from the date of dispatch, we may, at our sole discretion, re-ship your order.
If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, then we reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed.
