Who Qualifies for these Warranties? You qualify for warranty if you have a registered device purchased from PHIXVapor or other authorized retailers. You must be above the legal purchasing age for nicotine in your state. The warranty is non-transferable.
PHIX Vapor has the right to revoke warranty service to users found to be submitting fraudulent information. Please do not file a duplicate claim, duplicates can tag the ticket as a spam and remove it. Any receipt or proof that is used multiple times will be marked and removed as fraudulent. We have the right to ask for the items to be shipped back to us and we have the right to refuse to cover the return cost. If an item that is returned to us doesn't appear to be defective, has signs of misuse, or just regular use and is empty, the item will no longer be covered without warning and will not be replaced by the company.
The item that is replaced still carries the warranty, but the warranty's date of purchase will be registered as the initial period. IE; If you purchased the item in March 2017 and get the item replaced in February 2018, your warranty for that replacement device also ends on March 2018, even if the item was issued in February 2018.
If you have a large replacement (PODS: 4+, DEVICE 3+), you WILL be required to mail back the items at your own cost for examination, give us a proof of purchase for each item, and also provide a proof of age verification with a ID.
If you do not have a proof of purchase, we cannot guarantee replacement, but please do not hesitate to email us so we may do our best to assist you. Our team is available at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please give them 2-3 business days to respond back, time varies according to how busy they are.
If an item is missing in transit, it does not quality as a warranty, please file a claim with USPS.
What Does it Cover? This warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship for a period of one year under normal use as defined by our user manual for devices, and 90 days for pods.
What Does this Warranty Not Cover? Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or other external events. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, misuse or abuse, superficial damage to the sleeve including scratches, cracks, or exposure to extreme conditions including heat, dirt, and water. “Misuse” includes without limitation use in a manner or environment not in compliance with the recommendations in this document, our online user manual, or related documentation.
Our Warranty does not cover normal depletion of consumable parts such as the battery, unless occurring due to a defect in original materials or workmanship.
Our Warranty does not cover products that have been physically or electronically altered, modified, undergone unauthorized repairs, or exhibit third-party changes. Vinyl wraps or other purely decorative modifications will not void your warranty unless PHIX Vapor determines them to have caused damage to the product.
What Will We Do? If your Product is defective or malfunctioning, PHIX Vapor will either replace it at our discretion, or repair it using new or refurbished materials.

If your ticket contains a proof of purchase and photo of item in the form, you'll most-likely receive same or next day processing and an email with your tracking number.
The shipping address must be in the US, any international replacements must be done directly with the shop you've purchased from.
